原発性虹彩嚢胞の超音波生体顕微鏡による観察

Ultrasound biomicroscopic findings of primary iris cysts

　1988年から1995年までに原発性虹彩嚢胞と診断された6例に，超音波生体顕微鏡検査を行った。散瞳下での細隙灯顕微鏡検査および隅角鏡検査からは1例のみが両眼性と考えられており1観察し得た5眼の虹彩裏面の嚢胞はすべて単胞性，孤立性であった。これに対し，超音波生体顕微鏡の画像では，10眼に虹彩毛様体嚢胞が描出された。嚢胞の位置は9眼が耳側であった。4例は両眼性，2例は片眼性であった。3眼の嚢胞は単胞底性，孤立性であったが，他の7眼の嚢胞は多胞性，多発性であった。

We detected primary iris cysts in 7 eyes of 6 females by slitlamp biomicroscopy during the foregoing 8 years. Direct observation of the cyst posterior to the iris was possible in 5 eyes under mydriasis. They were all unilobular and isolated. Ultrasound biomicroscopy led to the detection of iris or ciliary cyst in 10 of the 6 cases. It was unilateral in 2 cases and bilateral in 4. It was located temporally in 9 eyes. The cyst was unilobular and isolated in 3 eyes and was multilobular and/or multiple in 7 eyes.
