硝子体手術を行ったpit-macular syndromeの2例

Vitreous surgery in two cases of pit-macular syndrome

（展示151）　光凝固が無効であったpit-macular syndrome2例に対し硝子体手術を行い，1例にのみ網膜の復位が得られた。螢光眼底造影では2症例ともpitは初期相で低螢光，後期相で過螢光を示し，復位例では術後網膜が復位した後も同様の所見が得られた。2例とも硝子体手術の術中に異常なCloquet管を思わせる硝子体索状物が観察され，pit付近に付着しているのが確認された。術後復位が得られなかった症例では，原因として光凝固の範囲が不十分であった可能性，色素レーザーで過凝固にした可能性が考えられた。

We treated two eyes of pit-macular syndrome after photocoagulation had proved futile. Fluorescein angiography showed, in both cases, hypofluorescence in the early phase and hyperfluorescence in the late phase at the site of pit of the optic disc in both eyes. Vitreous surgery induced retinal reattachment in one eye. The findings by fluorescein angiography persisted after successful vitreous surgery. During surgery, both eyes showed the Cloquets canal ending at the pit area. The failure of vitreous surgery in one eye appeared to be due to inadequate site and overdosis of photocoagulation.
