瘢痕期未熟児網膜症における周辺部網膜螢光眼底所見と血管壁の透過性亢進

Fluorescein angiographic findings in the peripheral cicatricial retinopathy of prematurity, and increased permeability from the retinal vessels

　緒言　瘢痕期未熟児網膜症（cicatricial retinopa—thy of prematurity, CROP）の周辺部螢光眼底所見として，無血管帯，血管の多分枝のほか，網膜血管から螢光色素が漏出する症例の報告があるが，多数例についての報告はない。今回筆者らは，CROPの多数例に螢光眼底検査を行い，周辺部網膜血管の透過性亢進について検討した。
