　過去3年5か月の期間に角膜疾患がある眼での白内障手術51症例58眼の成績を検討した。内訳は角膜混濁42眼，角膜内皮疾患16眼（角膜移植後例12眼を含む）であり，平均術後観察期間は1年8か月であった。術式は超音波乳化吸引術兼眼内レンズ挿入術25眼，水晶体嚢外摘出術兼眼内レンズ挿入術31眼，水晶体嚢内摘出術2眼であった。術後視力が低下した症例はなく，41眼（71％）において2段階以上視力が改善した。術中合併症は3眼（5％），術後合併症は4眼（7％）にみられた。以上から角膜に疾患を伴う症例での白内障手術の成績は，比較的良好であると考えられた。

We reviewed the outcome of cataract surgery on 58 eyes with corneal problems. The series comprised corneal opacity 42 eyes and endothelial lesions 16 eyes including 12 eyes after penetrating keratoplasty. The follow up averaged 20 months. Cataract surgery was performed by phacoemulsification with intraocular lens (IOL) implantation 25 eyes, extracapsular extraction with IOL implantation 31 eyes and intracapsular extraction 2 eyes. No eye showed decreased visual acuity after surgery. Visual acuity improved by two lines or more in 41 eyes (71%) . Complications developed intraoperatively in 3 eyes (5%) and postoperatively in 4 (7%) . The findings show that fair outcome is expected after cataract surgery on eyes with corneal problems.
