乳頭周囲網脈絡膜萎縮と緑内障との関連——第2報—正常眼の検討

The relationship between parapapillary chorioretinal atrophy and glaucoma. Report 2. Normal eyes

　正常眼120眼を対象に，全身的因子，眼軸長，屈折などの眼生体計測値と乳頭周囲網脈絡膜萎縮であるZoneα（不規則な色素沈着の異常），Zoneβ（ブルッフ膜途絶による強膜露出部）の有無との関連についてロジスティック回帰分析を用いて検討を行った。Zoneαと有意な関連を持つ因子はなかったが，Zoneβの存在と眼軸長に有意な関連が認められ，Zoneβの存在と近視性変化との関係が示唆された。

We evaluated 120 normal persons regarding parapapillary chorioretinal atrophy, systemic and local factors. The findings were processed by multivariate analysis with logistic model. Zone α, or structural and pigmentary irregularities, showed no correlation among above factors. Zone β, or complete loss of retinal pigment epithelial cells, was positively correlated with the axial length. The finding shows that zone β is associated with myopic changes.
