急激な視力低下で発見された肺癌の眼窩内転移の1例

Acute visual loss led to detection of orbital metastasis of bronchogenic carcinoma

　肺癌の眼窩内転移の1例を報告した。症例は65歳の男性で，右眼視力低下と眼痛を主訴に眼科を受診した。右眼底に視神経乳頭浮腫，網脈絡膜の隆起がみられ，頭部CTで右眼球後部および視神経に接した腫瘤が認められた。切除標本の病理組織診断は扁平上皮癌であった。全身精査の結果，肺の扁平上皮癌の存在が明らかになり，右眼窩腫瘍は肺癌の転移であった。

A 65-year-old male presented with rapidly pro-gressive visual disturbance and pain in his right eyeof two weeks' duration. Orbital tumor was detected and was clinically diagnosed as metastasis from bronchogenic carcinoma. The orbital tumor proved to be squamous cell carcinoma.
