両眼に生じた肺癌原発の転移性虹彩腫瘍の1例

A case of bilateral iris carcinoma metastatic from the lung

　42歳男性の両眼に発症した転移性虹彩腫瘍を報告した。患者は，肺小細胞癌と診断され，放射線療法，化学療法にて画像上腫瘤は消失した。7か月後の眼科初診時，右眼の9時部虹彩と，左眼11時部虹彩に黄白色凹凸不整の腫瘤があり，右眼の眼圧は上昇していた。前眼部に放射線を照射した後に，腫瘤を含む虹彩全幅切除術を施行した。組織学的検査では，肺と眼の腫瘍は同一の小細胞癌であった。

A 42-year-old male presented with iris tumor in both irises. He had been treated for small-cell lung cancer with irradiation and chemotherapy for thepast 7 months. When initially seen by us, the iris surface was covered by multiple cauliflower-like masses of 2 to 3 mm in diameter in both eyes. We performed sector iridectomy 2 months after radia-tion therapy totalling 30Gy. Histopathology showed the tumor to be metastatic lung cancer.
