虹彩切除術を行った転移性虹彩腫瘍の1例

A case of metastatic iris tumor treated by iridectomy

　58歳男性で，左眼霧視にて眼科受診し，左眼に虹彩毛様体炎をともなう虹彩腫瘍を発見された。虹彩全幅切除術により腫瘍を摘出し，病理組織学的に検索したところ，未分化な腺癌であった。全身検査にては，胸部レントゲン撮影及び，CT検査などより肺の腺癌と診断され，脳内移転巣も見られた。術後経過は順調であったが，その後全身状態の悪化で，初診後4か月で死亡した。

A 58-year-old male presented with blurred visionin his left eye since one week before. We detectedwell-demarcated tumor of the iris with clinicalsigns of iridocyclitis. Systemic examinations led tothe detection of lung cancer. We removed the tumorby sectorial iridectomy. The tumor proved to beundifferentiated adenocarcinoma on histopath-ological examination. The postsurgical course wasuneventful. The patient died of metastatic braintumor 4 months after manifestation of tumor in theiris.
