　各種ぶどう膜炎67例につき，血清中の免疫抑制酸性蛋白IAPを活動期と非活動期で測定した。活動期のIAPは，ベーチェット病，原田病，原因不明のぶどう膜炎で，対照群よりも有意に上昇していた。ベーチェット病と原田病でのIAPは，活動期では非活動期よりも有意に上昇していた。活動期でのIAPは，ベーチェット病，原田病サルコイドーシス，原因不明例それぞれの間に有意差はなかった。HLAのB27が陽性の急性前部ぶどう膜炎の2例ではIAPが高値であった。

We quantitated the immunosuppressive acid pro-tein (IAP) in the serum in 67 patients with various types of uveitis. When compared with healthy con-trol, the titer of IAP was significantly elevated in Behçet's disease, Harada's disease, sarcoidosis and in uveitis of unidentified etiology. The titer of IAPwas higher in the active than in the inactive stage in Behçet's and Harada's diseases. The titer of serum IAP seemed to be an important clinical marker in uveitis. It was not specific for different uveitis entities.
