特発性黄斑出血の1例

A case of idiopathic macular hemorrhage

　48歳の女性が読書中に突然右眼の中心部が暗くなり，当科を受診した。矯正視力は右0.2，左1.5，眼圧は正常で前眼部・中間透光体に異常なく，右眼眼底は黄斑部を中心に細長い境界鮮明な出血を認めた。出血は鼻側より徐々に吸収し，2か月後に視力は1.0に改善した。外傷の既往，後部硝子体剥離，黄斑部新生血管，屈折異常等の眼疾患，高血圧，糖尿病等の全身疾患の所見がなく，特発性黄斑出血と思われた。

A 48-year-old female noticed sudden central scotoma in her right eye while reading. Visual acuity was 0.2 in the right eye and 1.5 in the left. Funduscopy showed an ovalshaped hemorrhage in the right macula. The macular remorrhage under-vent spontaneous resolution during the following 2 months. The visual acuity recovered to 1.0. The patient was free of other eye disorders, posterior vitreous detachment, submacular neovasculariza-tion, systemic hypertension or diabetes mellitus. We diagnosed the case as idiopathic macular hem-orrhage.
