成人斜視の臨床的研究—その3．水平斜視手術の重回帰分析

Studies on adult strabismus: Part 3: Multiple regression analysis of horizontal strabismus surgery

　成人共同性水平斜視の切除後転術における手術矯正量に影響を与える要因とその影響の程度を調べる目的で，外斜視54（例），内斜視38（例）につき，重回帰分析を用いて定量式を求めた。

　矯正量に関与する要因とその影響の程度は術後の時期や斜視病型で異なったが，術後6か月で重相関係数は最も高かった（外斜視r＝0.88，内斜視r＝0.90）。

　外斜視では，術量，後転量と切除量の比，網膜対応，垂直偏位，年齢が矯正量に関与し，内斜視では，術量，視力の両眼平均，垂直偏位，年齢，近見と遠見の偏位差が矯正量に関与した。

We analyzed the effect of the horizontal strabis-mus surgery on 92 cases of adult strabismus by multiple regression methods. The variances as-sociated with the surgically corrected amount dif-fered from exotropia and exotropia. The fitted value of the multiple regression that predict the amount was higher at 6 months than at 1 or 3 months in exotropia and esotropia. The value of exotropia was 0.88. Their independent variances that account for the surgically corrected amount at the final time were operation dose, ratio of reces-sion to resection, retinal correspondence, vertical deviation and age. The value for esotropia was 0.90. The operation dose, average of visual acuity, verti-cal deviation, age and the difference between near and distant deviations were the contributing vari-ances that acount for the dependent variables.
