視覚障害者の就労支援マニュアルの開発—支援ツールの開発

Development of the support tool for persons with visual impairment at works

要約　目的：視覚障害者の就労支援を目的とするマニュアル制作研究の際に，視覚障害者のなかでも特に視野障害が支援者に理解されにくいがために，支援の支障となっていることが明らかとなった。そこで，タブレット端末で視野障害の状況を共有できるツールを開発したのでその有用性を紹介する。

対象と方法：北九州総合療育センター眼科を2019年2〜4月に受診した視野障害者の支援者15名に対し，ゴールドマン視野表の説明，冊子「みる 見る 診る」と開発したタブレット端末の支援ツール試作版を見せ，見え方がイメージできたかどうかを質問し，イメージできた人数を比較した。

結果：視野表の説明のみで，「少しイメージできた」者が5名で，他の10名は全くイメージができなかった。また，「みる 見る 診る」でイメージできた者は，10名であった。一方，支援ツール試作版では15名全員が視野障害のイメージができた。

結論：タブレット端末により視野障害をイメージすることが容易になり，眼疾患の理解を深めることができた。就労場面において，多くの支援者と共通の認識に立つこともできる可能性が示唆された。

Abstract　Purpose：To assess that the tablet devices is useful as assist tool for working persons with visual disabilities.

Cases and Methods：We compared among explanation of Goldmann visual field, pseudo-experience of booklet and watching tablet devices for field abnormalities, constricted field, central scotoma and ring scotoma for 15 supporters of visually disabled persons.

Results：Imagination was possible for only 5 supporters in explanation of Goldmann visual filed, and 10 supporters in pseudo-experience of booklet. On the other hand, all 15 supporters were able to image the field of vision obstacle with the tablet devices

Conclusion：Tablet devices is useful in supporting visually disabled persons at work. All supporter may have common understandings of visually disabilities.
