Abstract Purpose:To report a case of keratoconus who received insertion of intracorneal ring segments(ICRS)and intraoperative aberrometry during cataract surgery.

Case:A 64-year-old male with keratoconus received ICRS to improve the shape of the cornea. Cataract surgery was performed in both eyes AcrySof® IQ TORIC SN6AT4 intraocular lenses were inserted along the axis of 107° right and 78° left as recommended by intraoperative aberrometry.

Results:Postoperatively, uncorrected visual acuity for distance was 1.2 right and 1.0 left. That for near was 1.0 right and 1.2p left. The patient was satisfied with the outcome.

Conclusion:Insertion of intracorneal ring segments and intraoperative aberrometry were useful for cataract surgery in a case with bilateral keratoconus.
