Abstract Purpose: To present a ten-year review of ocular tumors diagnosed at the Department Ophthalmology, The Cancer Institute Hospital Of JFCR.

Cases and Method: This study was made on a total of 715 cases which were pathologically diagnosed as tumor of orbit, eyelid, conjunctiva and intraocular and was based on data collected from clinical records of operations performed at The Cancer Institute Hospital Of JFCR for 10 years through March 2015. Histopathological diagnoses were classified and analyzed retrospectively in term of frequency.

Findings: The series comprised 233 cases of malignant tumor and 482 cases of benign tumor. Tumors were present in the orbit 195 cases, eyelid 338 cases, conjunctiva 174 cases, and intraocular 8 cases. Among malignancy of orbit and conjunctiva, malignant lymphoma was the most frequent. Among malignancy of eyelid, sebaceous cell carcinoma was the most frequent, followed by basal cell carcinoma. Among intraocular tumors, malignant melanoma was the most frequent.

Result: The study showed that malignant lymphoma had the highest incidence rate in malignancy of orbit and conjunctiva, and sebaceous cell carcinoma had the most frequent among nalignancies of the eyelid.

Conclusion: The number of cases diagnosed as malignant lymphoma increased compared with the earlier reports.
