冷凍凝固を行ったvasoproliferative tumor症例の検討

Review of cryotherapy for retinal vasoproliferative tumors

要約　目的：冷凍凝固術を施行したvasoproliferative tumor（VPT）3症例の治療経過の報告。

症例：症例1は27歳女性。経瞳孔温熱療法施行後も滲出性所見の改善がみられず，冷凍凝固術を施行した。治療後滲出性所見は改善した。症例2は58歳女性。VPTに合併した黄斑上膜の増悪により左眼視力が低下し，冷凍凝固術を施行し，所見の改善を得た。症例3は51歳女性。冷凍凝固術後2週間で増殖硝子体網膜症を認めた。網膜復位までに複数回の手術を要した。

結論：VPTに対する冷凍凝固術は有効であるが，急激な増殖性変化を生じる症例もあり，注意を要する。

Abstract　Purpose: To report the outcome of cryotherapy in 3 cases with bilateral for retinal vasoproliferative tumors.

Cases: All were females aged 27, 51 and 58 years respectively. All were unilaterally affected and had retinal vasoproliferative tumors associated with epiretinal membrane. Cryotherapy was applied as a single session in each case.

Results: Vasoproliferative tumor regressed in 2 cases. The other case developed proliferative vitreoretinopathy and had to be treated by multiple sessions of vitrectomy.

Conclusion: Cryotherapy was effective in 2 cases of retinal vasoproliferative tumor. Proliferative vitreoretinopathy developed in one case and needed vitrectomy.
