網膜毛細血管瘤を伴う網膜色素上皮パターンジストロフィーの1例

A case of patterned dystrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium associated with retinal microaneurysms

　左眼の中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症を疑った52歳の女性に螢光眼底造影を行い，両眼に網膜色素上皮パターンジストロフィーおよび周辺部網膜の毛細血管瘤を認めた。

　網膜毛細血管瘤を発生する全身的疾患は特にみられず，パターンジストロフィーにおける病変の主座を網膜色素上皮に限定することは，現時点では慎重を要するものと考える。

A 52-year-old female was diagnosed as central serous chorioretinopathy in her left eye. Further clinical examinations led to the detection of patter-ned dystrophy of the retinal pigment epithelium and capillary microaneurysms of the retina in botheyes. She was free of systemic disorders that might serve as underlying causes for the capillary mi-croaneurysms. Fluorescein angiography failed to elicit choroidal circulatory disorders underlying the patterned dystrophy.
