糖尿病性網膜症における硝子体螢光測定の臨床応用に関する研究—第3報硝子体螢光値よりみた糖尿病性網膜症の病期分類

Vitreous fluorophotometry in diabetic retinopathy.:Report 3. The classification of diabetic retinopathy from fluorophotometric findings

　教室の福田が提唱する新病期分類によってわけられた，各種病期の網膜症をもつ糖尿病患者93例175眼と，非糖尿病者17例27眼を対象に硝子体螢光測定を行い，各網膜症の病期との関連を比較検討し次の結果を得た．

1）硝子体螢光値は，福田分類の病期の進行とともに増加する傾向にあり，特にAIとAII,AIIとBI,BIとBII,BIIとBIIIの間で，統計学的に有意差があった．2）したがって硝子体螢光値よりみても，増殖前網膜症を増殖性網膜症のもっとも早期のものとして，単純網膜症と増殖網膜症の中間におくことは妥当で，この病期分類（福田分類）は合理的なものであると結論した．

We performed vitreous fluorophotometry in 175 eyes, 93 caces with diabetic retinopathy and, as control, in 27 nondiabetic eyes, 17 cases.

The vitreous fluorophotometric values were posi-tively correlated with the stage of retinopathy according to Fukuda's classification (1983). As a noteworthy findings, the fluorophotometric read-ings of preproliferative retinopathy lay midway between simple and proliferative retinopathy. The findings also point to the soundness of Fukuda's classification of diabetic retinopathy.
