糖尿病性網膜症におけるvitreous fluorophotometryの臨床応用に関する研究—第1報 病期および病変の局在別による測定値の変動について

Vitreous fluorophotometry in diabetic retinopathy.:1. Fluorophotometric findings according to severity and localization of retinal lesions

　網膜症のないもの20眼と，網膜症を持つもの79眼（黄斑病変の強いもの20眼を含む）の40歳より60歳代までの糖尿病患者62例99眼を対象にvitreous fluorophotometry （VFP）を行い，非糖尿病者12例20眼（コントロール）の同上測定値と比較検討し次の結果を得た．1）網膜症のないものとコントロールとの間にVFP値に有意差はないが，網膜症のあるものでは有意に高値を示し，さらに網膜症の病期の進行とともに有意の上昇を示した．2）片眼のみ黄斑症を有する症例では，黄斑症眼のVFP値は非黄斑症眼のそれより高値を示した．3）単純網膜症に合併した黄斑症眼のVFP値は，増殖前網膜症に合併した黄斑病変眼のそれより高値を示した．以上の成績よりVFP値は網膜症の病期や黄斑病変の有無，経過を知る有力な臨床情報として応用できるものと結論した．

We performed vitreous fluorophotometry in 99 eyes with diabetic retinopathy and in 20 non-diabe-tic eyes. We used Fluorotron Master and measured the flurescence 3 mm anterior to the retina.

The fluorophotometeric findings in diabetic eyes without retinopathy were similar to those in non-diabetic eyes. Fluorophotometric values in eyes with diabetic retinopathy were higher than in non-diabetic eyes. The values were positively correlated with the stages of retinopathy according to Fukuda's classification. Fluorophotometric values were higher in 2 eyes with manifest maculopathy than in those without macular involvement. These values were higher than eyes with preproliferative retinopathy.
