　後房レンズを挿入した187眼を対象に，眼内レンズパワー決定の方法による術後屈折度誤差について比較検討を加えた。

　＋19.0D〜＋20.5Dの標準パワーレンズの使用は術後屈折度誤差が大きく，特に−5.0D以上の誤差を5％にも認めた。

　術中スキアスコピーによる眼内レンズパワー決定法は術後屈折度誤差が全例±3.0D以内であり，計算式の代用として十分使用しうる方法と考えられた。

　術中スキアスコピーとS. R. K.式を比較すると正確度および屈折度誤差を生じる要因を考慮して，安定性および一般性という点において現段階ではSanders・Retzlaff・Kraff（S. R. K.）式の方が好ましいと考えられた。

　We performed implantation of posterior chamber intraocular lens (IOL) in 187 eyes. The power of IOL was determined by either of the three procedures. A) Uncalculated "standard" power lens for emmetropia was implanted (104 eyes). B) Power determination was performed by skiascopy just after extracapsular lens extraction (40 eyes). C) IOL power was calculated by measurements of the visual axis and corneal curvature and processed by the formula by Sanders-Retzlaff-Kraff (43 eyes). We evaluated the postsurgical refractive states in these 3 groups.
