著しい浸出性病変を示したfamilial exudative vitreoretinopathyの1例

A case of familial exudative vitreoretinopathy

　症例は9歳の男子で左眼視力障害のため来院した。満期産，成熟児で酸素投与の既往はないが，両眼底は瘢痕期未熟児網膜症に類似の所見を呈し，さらに左眼には著しい浸出性変化が認められた。家族性であることや．眼底所見および螢光所見よりfamilialexudative vitreoretinopathyと診断した。

A 9-year-old boy sought medical advice on account of poor vision in his left eye. He was born at full term through normal delivery and had weighted 3160 g at birth. There was no record of oxygen therapy during the neonatal period.

The left eye was exotropic by 10 prism diopters. The visual acuity was 1.0 right and light perception left. The anterior segment was normal in both eyes except for slight persistent pupillary membrane. The right fundus showed dragged disc exudative lesion in the temporal periphery.
