On practice in perimetry

　わが国における視野計測の実態を把握し将来の視野検査を考える意味でのアンケート調査を行い771機関（38.1％）の有効回答を得た。視野計としてはGoldmann型視野計が最も広く使用されている（84％）。これに比べ，静的計測を日的としている視野計の使川はStatic campimeter 9％，　Friedmann Central Field Analyser 8％であり，中心部の静的計測の重要性が認識されて将来もっと普及することが望まれる。

　計測法としては，動的量的視野計測法のみ行っているという回答が全体の45.3劣を占めており，我々の推奨しているscreeningと精密視野計測の合理的な組合せを実施しているという回答は全体の26.9％で，今後さらにscreening法が行われることが望まれた。

　現在，安価でしかもscreeningとして有用と考えられるFriedmann Central Field Ana—lyser, Static campimeterおよびFriedmann Analyser　Ⅱの3機種の正常閾値を求め，その値から最もscreeningに妥当と思われるND値を年代別に求めると，　Friedmann CentralField Analyserでは30歳代までは1.8,40歳，50歳代では1.6,60歳以上では1.4，とほぼFriedmann　自身の定めたND値より0.2logu低い値であり，Static campimeterでは20歳代までは2.0，30歳代1.9，40歳代1.7，50歳代1.6，60歳以上では1.4であった。またFricdmann Analyser ⅡではFriedmannnr自身の定めたND値が最もscreeningに適している結果を得た。

1) The results of a questionnaire survey on current perimetry in Japan :

The most popular perimeter now in use is Goldmann's (84%). Compared with this, perimeters for static measurement are used much less frequently : The Static Campimcter (SC) 9%, Friedmann Central Field Analyser (FCFA) 8%. It is expected, however, that the use of static perimetry will become wider with increasing understanding of the importance of static perimetry of the central fundus area in detecting visual field defects.

Covering testing methods, 45% of the responses show that they conduct only quantitative kinetic perimetry.
