緒言
著者らは，最近きわめて特異なる網膜所見を有する遺伝性の後極部網膜変性と思われる症例に遭遇し，各種検査を行ない，いくつかの知見を得たのでここに報告する。
This is a report upon a peculiar fundus with twickeled fleckes in a male of 37 years of age.
He complained of visual disturbance and ast-henopia.
Ophthalmologically, brightly whitish and yel-lowish fleckes and pigmentation like Degenera-tion pigmentosa retinae were observed over the whole fundus.
We presum from some physiological examina-tions and fluorescein angiography that this case is disturbed from ganglion cell layer or outor nuclear layer to Bruch's membrane.
Such peculiar fundus is very rare. In the lite-rature, A. Fuchs reported that such fundi with twinkeled freckes were observed in East China.
