ズームフォトスリットランプ（Nikon FS 2）の使用経験

Clinical trial of a new zoom photoslitlamp microscope (Nikon FS-2)

　従来のフォトスリットランプは，倍率変換やステレオ撮影時に，レンズの交換やアダプター装着の必要があり操作が繁雑であった。これらの問題点を補うズーム式変倍装置，ビームスプリッター切り換え式ステレオ撮影装置，背景照明用光ファイバー照明などを備えたフォトスリットランプを使用する機会を得て，臨床的に有用と思われたので使用経験について報告する。しかし，絞り系を備えていないため焦点深度が浅く，隅角撮影などにはやや解像力が不足であるなどの問題点もみられる。

A new slitlamp microscope was designed and constructed which enables slitlamp photography with background illumination. The slitlamp is fur-nished with zoom objective lens (magnification: 10 to 30×), and a high-powered illumination sys-tem by xenon flash. The zoom system enables a quick and sequential photography under various magnifications. The xenon flash lamp allows the use of very thin slit illumination or photography under high magnifications because of its unique intensity.
