Experience with Zeiss Jena Photoslitlamp

緒言

　細隙灯写真撮影について，わが国では，朝岡氏^1）以来，武田^2）3），坂上^4），伊藤ら^5），馬場ら^6），松浦^7）8），木村ら^9），三国ら^10）の諸氏により，いろんな角度からする報告がみられ，細隙灯写真の重要性，機構上，使用上の問題点や一般的注意事項についてはすでに詳しく述べられている。一方，細隙灯写真装置の製品は約10年前に西独Zeiss社，仏Gamb社から市販されたのに始まり，現在では各社の製品があるが，その最新のものは東独Zeiss Jena社が約2年前に発表した装置で，同時的立体写真撮影の機構など，従来の製品に比べて数々の特徴を具えているので，その使用経験を中心に，細隙灯写真撮影おにける新たなる問題点を追加したい。

The Zeiss Jena photoslitlamp microscope is equipped with new devices for easy and rapid photography of the optical section of the eye. Stereophotography is also possible by the turn-ing of a lever. Parts of the photographed opti-cal section, however, are not uniform in bright-ness, which varies in a wide range beyond the latitude of the color film (ASA 100).
