A Method of Phacometry by Use of Slit-lamp (III)

I．はじめに

　生体における眼屈折要素の測定は，角膜を除き非常に面倒で，臨床的に簡単に測定することが困難である。近年，超音波による測定方法^1）が発達し，眼軸の計測は簡単に行なえるようになつたが，水晶体計測はまだまだ複雑な手続を必要とする現状である。

　われわれはphacometryの手法および計算を簡略化するため，「スリットランプ装置による水晶体曲率などの測定の一方法」^2）3）を発表してきたが，今回，1960年Niesel^4）が試みた手法とポラロイドカメラを取り入れてこの方法を発展させ，臨床的な測定がきわめて容易に行なえるように試みた。

Satisfactorily sharp cross section image of the cornea and the lens has been obtained with the use of strobo-equipped slit-lamp and obliquely placed Polaroid film according to the Scheimp-flug's principle. It became further possible to obtain exact phacometric data with the use of the photograph and the nomograms developed by the authors. The method is an excellent one and can be put to clinical application.
