ベーチェット病における眼底発作と前房蛋白濃度の経時的変化

Course of aqueous flare in Behcet's disease with fundus attacks

　眼底発作を繰り返すベーチェット病患者（網脈絡膜炎型）3症例を対象に，レーザーフレアセルメーター（興和FC−1000®）を用いて前房蛋白濃度を測定し，眼底発作と前房蛋白濃度との関係を検討した。網脈絡膜炎型では，眼底発作に続発して前房蛋白の上昇がみられ，眼底発作を予測することはできなかった。

We quantitated the protein concentration in the aqueous chamber in 3 cases of Behcet's disease with repeated acute attacks in the fundus. A laser flare -cell metar was used in quantitating the aqueousflare. The aquous flare value showed a sharp rise 1 to 3 days after episodes of fundus attack manifest-ing as exudates with hemorrhages. There was no instance of aqueous flare increase prior to the fundus attacks.
