  • Look Inside

A 13-year-old girl developed sudden impairment of vision in her left eye. Slight lid swelling and con-junctival injection in the left eye had been present for the preceding 4 weeks. The left visual acuity was reduced to 20/100. Relative central scotoma was detected. The left eye showed restricted ocular motility and no proptosis. Funduscopy revealed disc swelling and star-figure in the macula in the affected eye. Ultrasonography demonstrated in-creased thickness of posterior ocular wall and re-trobulbar edema on the affected side.
