Dominant Vitreo-Retinal Dystrophyの一家系—特に本症と黄斑偏位との関係

Dominant Vitreo-Retinal Dystrophy, with Special Reference to Heterotopia of the Macula: Asa Cardinal Sign of the Disease

緒言

　Vitreo-retinal dystrophyの中で常染色体優性遺伝をする型のものは1938年Wagner^1）がはじめて報告した疾患で，Wagner's diseaseとも呼ばれる。本症はまれな疾患である。本邦では斎藤ら^2）が一家系を報告しているのみである。本症の特徴は硝子体の変性，網脈絡膜の変性，および思春期から始まる進行性の白内障である。多くの場合，近視または近視性乱視を伴う。今回われわれは一家系中に4世代にわたり11人（うち7人は直接検査，他の4人は家族歴より推定）の本症患者を発症した家系を経験した。これらのうちERG，EOG，螢光眼底撮影を行なつた症例で，本症に関して若干の新しい知見をうるとともに，外方への黄斑偏位とこれに伴う偽外斜視のあることが本疾患の特徴的症状の一つに数えられるべきではないかと考えるに至つた。

Eleven cases of the vitreo-retinal dystrophy appeared in one family during successive four generations. Seven of the 11 cases were exa-mined by the authors. All cases showed typicalsignes of the disease such as 1) optically em-pty vitreous, 2) fibrillary degeneration of the vitreous, 3) formation of preretinal membrane, 4) retinochoroidal dystrophy, 5) cataract, and 6) myopia with or without astigmatism.
