チン氏帯の電子顕微鏡による観察—マルファン症候群の1家系について

Ultrastructure of zonular fibers in a pedigree with Marfan's syndrome

　Marfan's syndromeの1家系6名10眼について，チン氏帯の性状を走査型および透過型電顕で観察した。

　その結果，チン氏帯の密度は対照例に比較し疎であった。また各線維束は細く，その走行は不規則であった。

　特に水晶体偏位を生じた対側，すなわち6時の部位ではチン氏帯線維の著しい減少が観察された。

We examined 10 eyes in 6 members in a pedigree with Marfan's syndrome by means of transmission and scanning electron microscopy. The zonular fibres showed substantially deviated features from normal ones. The fibers in the equatorial region were very scanty in comparison with the normal. Most of the fibers were thin and measured from 3 to 10 μm in diameter. The decrease in the num-ber of the fibers was remarkable and particularly in the inferior equator of the lens which was com-pletely devoid of any zonular fibers.
