試作「追跡視野計」による緑内障の研究

Design of a follow-up campimeter for glaucoma

　中心および傍中心の5定点において，静的視野を測定する装置を考案作成し，「追跡視野計」と命名した。本視野計は精密視野測定を目的としたものではなく，中心部の視感度を迅速・簡便に，測定できるよう，定速で増大する視標輝度を視認する時間を自動的に測定する装置である。

　正常人および高眼圧症，原発開放隅角緑内障を対象に測定した結果，正常人と原発開放隅角緑内障との間には，各5測定点において視認時間に有意の差をみいだした。

We developed a new compact campimeter for routine follow-up of patients with chronic glau-coma. The central fixation target and 4 static targets are projected onto the screen at the di-stance of 30 cm from the patient. Each of thefour targets has the diameter of 4 mm and the luminosity increases linearly and automatically from 0 to 1124 asb. Luminosities of the central fixation point and the background are set at 69.6 and 6.1 asb respectively.

We tested 62 normal eyes, 42 eyes with primary open-angle glaucoma and 28 eyes with ocularhypertension by the apparatus.
