　吸引式の眼底血圧計を試作した。圧力調節リモコンや吸引cupの強膜固定用スイッチを装着した。吸引圧300mmHg以上，550mmHg以上で鳴る2種類の警告音発生装置を設置した。圧解除スイッチを設置し，安全性を高めた。操作性や眼底血圧値の再現性は良好であった。この眼底血圧計の使用は眼循環動態把握に役立つと考えられた。

We devised a new suction-type ophthalmodynamometer. It incorporated remote-control switches, fixation-device of suction cup onto the sclera, and two warning signals when the suction pressure reached 300mmHg and 550mmHg levels. A pressure-release switch was installed to enhance the safety of the system. It was easy to operate. The measured central retinal artery pressure was consistent and reliable. The present device promises to be clinically useful.
