試作投影視野計について（第1報）

Fundamentals of a trial-manufactured projection perimeter (1)

　試作投影視野計に就て基礎実験を行つた結果臨床的に使用出来ることが認められ，その使用法は次の通りである。

　1.視野計背景の輝きは32asp,以上がのぞましい。即ち出来るだけ明るい部屋で使用する。附属トランスの目盛は7に合せること。視標直径5,10mmを使用する場合には附属の減光用スモークフィルターを夫kl枚及2枚挿入すること。

　2.人工照明のみの照度の低い部屋で測定する場合,例えば背景の輝き10asp.の場合には附属トランスの目盛を4に合せること。即ちトランスによつて適当に電圧Δ1/1を下げて適正を保つ様にしなければならない。

　3.視標の移動速度は5°/sec位に手で加減すること。

The author manufactured for trial a new projection perimeter like the Aimark projection perimeter. In black and white perimetry the target and background luminosity, physical contrast (Δ1/1) and the visual field limits of 3 persons were examined. The diameters of the targets were 2.5, 5.0 and 10.0mm. A series of gray filters permitted the target lumi-nosity to be reduced, corresponding with a series of 0.49, (0.49)² transmission. From the results obtained, the author belived to be able to use it clinically under the condition which the background luminosity is over 32 asp.
