Pontine動静脈奇形（AVM）により左外転神経麻痺と左橋網様体傍正中帯（PPRF）障害を示した1症例

A case of ipsilateral abducens palsy and PPRF damage due to pontine arteriovenous malformation

　急性発症で，左顔面神経麻痺，左外転神経麻痺，左側方注視麻痺（左PPRF障害）を生じ，CT・血管撮影・気脳写にて橋動静脈奇形と診断がついた26歳・女性の非常にめずらしい症例を経験した。

　症候より解析した神経学的責任病巣が，CTにて明確に示された（図6）。

A 26-year-old female developed fever at 39° with general fatigue and sore throat. Two weeks later, she developed left peripheral facial nerve palsy, left abducens palsy and left horizontal gaze palsy. The diagnosis of pontine arteriovenous malformation was made on the basis of CT-scan, cerebral angiography and pneumoencephalography. As particular features of the present cases, hemor-rhage from the pontine arteriovenous malformation seemed to have responsible for the localized lesion on the ventral side of the fourth venticle. The CT findings supported the above assumpion.
