腎移植患者にみられる眼合併症の経過

Long-term observation of ocular complications in renal transplant recipients

　1975年3月より1980年6月までの間に金沢医科大学病院にて腎移植術を受け，眼科的検索をなしえた30症例について眼科の立場から術後経過を観察した。

　眼合併症は30例中23例（76.7％）に認められた。

（1） PSCは21例70％にみられた。

（2） PSCの発症は術後2カ月から61カ月でみられた。

（3） Grade IIをこえるPSCの出現はみられなかった。

（4）術後約1年前後で10g以上のステロイドを内服している者に発症したPSCは，進行の可能性がある。

（5） Grade IIの者ではPSC発生とステロイド総服用量および第1年目量との間に有意な相関関係が認められた。

（6） PSC発生とAzathiopurine総量，血清カルシウム，クレアチニン・クリアランス，血清アルブミンとの間には有意な相関関係は認められなかった。

（7）緑内障は2例に認められた。

（8）頻回の球結膜下出血は2例に認められた。

We evaluated the ocular complications in 30 patients with terminal renal failure and who under-went renal transplantation during the 5-year period ending June 1980. Ocular complications were detected in 23 of the 30 patients. Posterior subcapsular cataract developed in 21 (70%) 2 to 61 months after surgery. The development of grade 11 cataract (Crews' calssification) was positively correlated with the total dose of administered cor-ticosteroid (p<0.01) and the dose during the first one year (p<0.05).
