（P2-3-12）　過去26年9か月の期間に，東京女子医科大学病院腎センター外科において腎移植を行った1,151症例中，1回の移植で生着し，眼科的に経過観察が可能であった324症例を対象として，眼合併症の出現頻度と時期についてretrospectiveに検討した。

　白内障は324症例中253例（78.1％）にみられ，1年累積発症率は57.2％であった。高眼圧は24例（7.4％）にみられ，1年累積発症率は3.6％であった。眼底疾患は多発性後極部網膜色素上皮症が19例，ウイルス眼感染症が1例および中心性漿液性網脈絡膜症が6例にみられた。

　賢移植患者では高率に眼合併症がみられ，また移植後早期から出現していることがわかった。

We reviewed 324 out of 1,152 cases who received renal transplantation during the past 26 years 9 months. Surgery was a success and ophthalmological examination was conducted before and after surgery in these 324 cases. Following surgery, cataract developed in 253 eyes (78.1%) with 57.2% as cumulative prevalence at 1 year. Corticosteroid glaucoma developed in 24 cases with 3.6% as cumulative prevalence at 1 year. Fundus lesions included multifocal posteriorl pigment epitheliopathy in 18 cases (5.9%) , viral uveitis in 1 case and central serous chorioretinopathy in 6 cases. The findings show that ocular complications may develop early and frequently following renal transplantation.
