熊大眼科における眼サルコイドーシスの統計的考察—特に診断時の眼症状について

Clinical features of ocular sarcoidosis

　（1）熊大眼科における眼サルコイドーシス55例の眼科での診断時における眼病変について統計的考察をおこなったが，眼病変では前部ブドウ膜炎が46例（83.6％）で最も高頻度に認められた。

　（2）病変の組合せとしては前部ブドウ膜炎＋網膜血管炎＋網脈絡膜滲出斑が20例で最も多い組合せであった。

　（3）眼サルコイドーシスの8例にみられた鋸状縁部の滲出性変化について報告したが，この変化はサルコイドーシスに比較的特徴のある所見ではないかと考える。

We examined 75 cases of sarcoidosis during the 15-year period from 1964 to 1979. Ocular mani-festations were detected in 55 cases, comprising 17 males and 38 females and ranging from 6 to 70 years of age. The ocular lesions of sarcoidosis included: anterior uveitis (46 cases; 34 granulo-matous and 12 non-granulomatous), retinal peri-vasculitis (43 cases), chorioretinal exudate or can-dlewax drippings (23 cases), vitreous opacities or 'string of pearls' (21 cases) and nodular infiltra-tions in the trabecular meshwork (19 cases).
