  • Look Inside

We observed two cases of the first and second branchial arch syndrome with ocular abnormalities.

The first case, a 5-year-old girl, sought medical advice on account of limbal tumor in the right eye. Physical examinations revealed the presence of right auricular appendix. No cervical or vertebral anomalies were found. Li the right eye, there was a small grayish-white limbal tumor with sporadic hairs, associated with partial coloboma of the lateral one-fourth of the right lower lid and a fistula from the conjunctival sac to the right lower lid.Laboratory findings were normal.
