代用瞼板としての凍結乾燥硬膜（Lyophilized dura）の応用

Lyophilized Dura as Tarsal Piate Substisute in Eyelid Reconstruction Surgery

はじめに

　眼瞼の悪性腫瘍に対する手術では，眼瞼全層の広範な切除が必要となることが多く，したがつてその再建は困難なことが多い。

　再建眼瞼の理想条件としては種々あげられているが^1），特に眼瞼の有する特異的な運動性，粘膜および支持組織の存在，自然な外見などが必須である。これらの条件を満すにあたつて最大の難問は，いかにして瞼板を補充するかにある。

Lyophilized dura (Lyodura) was used as a substitute for the tarsal plate to reconstruct the large defect of eyelid in three cases with malig-nant lid tumors.

The operation was carried out successfully in all cases by a simple method. No reaction has yet occurred against the dura for two years and the reconstructed eyelids were satisfactory infunction and appearance.

Our results indicate that lyodura is an adequ-ate substitute for the tarsal plate with several advantages as follow : 1) The lyodura is similar to the tarsal plate in consistence, thickness and elasticity.
