眼瞼下垂の鑑別診断と治療—Putterman-Urist法の検討

Blepharoptosis:Differential Diagnosis and Treatment with a Special Reference to the Putterman-Urist Procedure

はじめに

　眼瞼下垂は日常しばしば遭遇する疾患であり，その眼瞼や瞼裂の異常をみつけることはさして困難ではない。しかし，その成因については，すべての症例でかならずしも明確ではなく，病因的診断を下すことはむずかしい症例も多い。またその治療法も当然原因によつて異なるので，正しい鑑別診断をすることが大切である。

　眼瞼下垂の種類や治療法については，すでに多くの成書や論文で数々の記述がなされているところであるが，以下私たちの経験した眼瞼下垂の種種の症例を写真とともに記述し，併せて文献的考察を試みた。

Cases of various types of blepharoptosis have been described with discussions on differential diagnosis and treatment with a special reference to the Putterman-Urist procedure. Of the 26 eyes operated on by this procedure, 17 eyes showed a good result, 5 eyes excellent result while 3 eyes revealed a lair result without re-surgery required and only one eye showed a poor undercorection which required an additional surgical correction.
