前眼部螢光血管造影に関する研究—その2 緑内障眼房水静脈の螢光造影所見について

緒　言

　緑内障眼房水静脈螢光造影に関する報告は少なく，国外でもわずかCristinaの報告をみるにすぎない。著者は前回報告した正常眼房水静脈の螢光像をもとに，今回は，緑内障眼35眼に対し螢光血管造影を行い，高眼圧時，正常眼圧時の房水静脈の造影状態を比較観察し，興味ある知見を得たので報告する。なお開放隅角緑内障では，手術の適応決定に際し，本検査法が大変有益な情報を提供するものでることが判明したので合わせて報告する。

Anterior segment fluorescein angiography was conducted on 36 glaucomatous eyes during hy-pertensive and normotensive periods. The an-giographic features of the aqueous vein were evaluated with due attention to differences bet-ween hypertensive and normotensive periods in the same eyes.

Four distinct patterns were observed. In Group Ⅰ, the aqueous vein was invisible during hyper-tensive period and become visible during nor-motensive period. In Group Ⅱ, the aqueous vein was tortuous and irregular in caliber during hypertensive period. The vein presented normal features during the normotensive phase.
