Effect of Kenacort-A ointment ophthalmic on ocular diseases

　新しい副腎皮質ホルモン製剤であるトリアムシノロンの眼軟膏Kenacort—A ointment oph—thalmic （0.1％）を使用する機会を得たので，その効果について報告する。

Thirty seven patients of various eye disorders were treated with a new ointment of ste-roid hormone-Kenacort A ointment ophthalmic.

1. The most dramatic effect has been experienced in case of blepharoconjunctivitis by drug allergy.

2. Hordeolum, scleritis, sclerosing keratitis and interstitial keratitis are also good indi-cations of this treatment.

3. Punctate epithelial keratitis, chalazion, vernal catarrh, iritis and irritations or granu-lations after ocular operation often. show remarkable effect.

4. No side effects were experienced.
