アドレノクローム系薬剤のIridociliary Permeabilityに及ぼす影響

The studies on the iridociliary permeability with adrenochromazone preparations The effect of AC 17 depo on the blood-aqueous barrier

緒言

　著者はアドレノクロームモノセミカルバゾーン（アドナ）が血液房水柵に及ぼす影響を，フルオルレッセンスを用いて検索し，フルオルレッセンスの移行態度からアドナが血液房水柵の透過性を抑制する事を知り，更にアドナの誘導体であるAC−17がアドナよりも速効性である事も認め，その成績を前報に於いて報告した^1）2）3）。之等血管強化作用を有する一連のアドレノクローム系薬剤が血液房水柵に及ぼす影響には興味深いものがある。

　今回はAC−17にPolyvinylpyrrolidon （以下P．V．P．と略す。）を10％の割合に加えたデポ型アドナ（AC−17）が作製せられたので，AC−17にP．V．P．を添加する事によつて血液房水柵の透過性に如何なる影響を与えるかについて実験を行つた。その結果柳か知見を得たので弦にその成績を報告し，前報の成績^1）2）3）と共に総括的考察を加えてみた。

In the previous report the experiments were performed from the standpoint that the important effect of adrenochromozone might be against the iridociliary permeability which seems to have relation with the intraocular vessels. Therefore, the present studies were concerning the estimation of fluorescein density moved from the blood to the aqueous humor through the blood-aqueous barrier after administration of AC 17 with Polyvinyl pyrrolidon (P. V. P.) which seems to have colloidal action, and depot action as a molecular fraction.
