円錐角膜の異型について

Five cases of atypical keratoconus

緒言

　Keratoconus posticum及びKerato globusは1930年Butler^1），Stallard^2）1938年Duke-El-der1947年Cavaraにより始めて報告された一種の角膜変形である。以来外国では，両者を含めて30例の報告をみる。後面円錐角膜はその名の示す様に角膜後面の曲率が前面の曲率より強く，後面の中央が前面に近接して角膜全体が円錐状をなし前面の曲率は正常かむしろ扁平になつて居る。後面円錐角膜には，角膜後面全部の曲率が強く，全体的に円錐状を呈するGeneralized型（或いはTotalis型）と，後面の一部が円錐状をなすlo-calized型（或いはCircumscriptus型）の二型がある。

　角膜拡張症はMegalocorneaと呼ばれ，実質が粗となり，前面，後面の曲率は凹凸不平で，角膜全体が前方に突出する。以下に先ず自験例を述べる。

The author discussed in this report the cause of 5 cases of atypical keratoconus and also the relation of them with typical keratoconus. The 5 cases of atypical keratoconus were 3 cases of keratoconus posticus, one case of kerattectasia and one case of kerato-conus confined in the central region of the cornea.
