原因不明の黄斑部萎縮及びノイローゼの合併した不定型的円錐角膜の1例について

A case of atypical keratoconus complicated with lesion of maculan and neurosis.

緒言

　円錐角膜は，若年者においてまれに認められる疾患で，本疾患の本態は，未だ明らかにされて居らず，いろいろの説があり，またこれと他の眼科及び全身的疾患の合併したもので報告した数も少くない。著者は，本態不明の黄斑部疾患とノイローゼの合併した不定型的円錐角膜の1例を経験し全身的，眼科的にこれをくわしく，検査する機会を得たので発表する。

The authors observed the patient with atypical keratoconus accompanied with macular atrophy and neurosis. The patient was a man aged 19 years and complained of visual disturbances and nervousness. He was treated for keratoconus with contact lens, and his vision was improved. But, his neurosis and macular atrophy did not improve by the tre-atment.
