緒言
結核に依り生ずる皮膚発疹の様相は，結核菌の毒力，組織の抵抗，並にアレルギー等によりさまざまであるが，これらを大別して真性結核と，結核疹とに区別することが出来る。私は最近，真性の皮膚結核である尋常性狼瘡1例と，結核疹である顔面播種状栗粒性狼瘡1例の，何れも典型的な症例に，眼症状の合併した例を観察したのでここに報告する。
Ectropium palpebrae due to cicatrical contraction of the Lupus vulgaris and Keratitis filamentosa developed with Lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei were reported.
