滑車神経鞘腫の1例

Trochlear Neurinoma:Case report

I．はじめに

　頭蓋内の神経鞘腫が聴神経もしくは三叉神経以外を発生母地とすることは極めて少ない．なかでも，単独に滑車神経に発生した神経鞘腫は稀で，われわれが検索した限り5例の文献報告をみるに止まる．

　本報告では，われわれが最近経験したvonRecklinghausen病に合併しない，滑車神経鞘腫の1例を報告する．

A case of solitary neurinoma of the trochlear nerve was reported.

The patient was a 37-year-old female, who had asudden attack of right-sided temporal headache withnausea and vomiting on August 1, 1982. Headachewas subsided in a few days but she had complained ofdiplopia since the episode. Ophthalmological exami-nation revealed right superior oblique muscle palsy.She was neurologically free otherwise.

CT scan, taken about three weeks after the onset,showed a solitary enhancing mass in the region oftentorial incisura on the right side.

She was admitted to our clinic on August 24, 1982.
