高血圧症と眼内動脈血圧

Studies on intraocular artery blood pressure of hypertension

I．緒言

　眼内血管の性状が，高血圧症の診断と予後の判定に重要な役割を演じている事は云う迄もないが，就中その血圧を測定する事は，眼底の検眼鏡的検査と相俟つて重要な意義を有するものである。

　網膜中心動脈血圧測定に就いては，1928年Bail-liart氏に始まり，Bliedung （1925），Baur-mann （1927），Kukan （1936），植村，菅沼（1934）等諸氏の精細な研究により急速な進歩を遂げたが1935年植村氏等は電気眼底血圧計を完成し，血圧値のみならず脈波の分析を行い，臨床診断面への応用を試みた。其の後1956年広石氏は，新型電気眼底血圧計を作成し，その血圧計による血圧値が脈絡動脈に由来することを明らかにした。

Intraocular artery blood pressure of sixty-nine essential hypertension and twenty-two renal hypertension patients was measured with Hiroishi-Sugano's electric ophthalmodyna-mometer, and examined how it is connected with systemic blood pressure and change in the fundus.

The results are as follows.

(1) Generally, intraocular artery blood pressure changes in parallel with systemic blood pressure. The more advanced change in the fundus, the higher intraocular artery blood pressure.

(2) Intraocular artery blood pressure of renal hypertension is lower than of essential hypertension.
