  • Look Inside

Carnigen is a hypotonia-curative drug and a cardiac sitmulant, and has the regulatory action on the circulation. In this paper the authors report on the ophthalmological investi-gation about the effect of Carnigen after intramuscular injection.

The results obtained were as follows:

1. The systolic blood pressures of the brachial and the retinal artery were remarkably elevated, and the diastolic blood pressures of the both were slightly descended. Then the pulse-pressures were strongly increased (at the brachial artery 38%, and at the retinal artery 28%).
