原発性眼瞼癌の1例

A case of primary palpebral cancer

　眼瞼癌に関する報告は我国でも従来数多の報告はあるが，最近原発性眼瞼癌の1例を経験したが之が組織的所見を少しく追加して見ようと思う。

　患者は42歳の婦人で，特記すべき既往歴はないが，家族歴では父が61歳で胃癌で死亡，母も腸癌で更に父方の叔父，叔母に各1名癌によつて死亡せるものがある。

A 42 years old female, with family history of cancer in parents and paternal uncle and aunt, had developed a small tumor suggestive of infarction of the tarsal gland repeatedly on the lower palpebra of the right eye since 4 years.

It was resected and no sign of reccurrence has appeared in 6 months postoperatively.

Histologically the tumor occupied about a half of the resected specimen. The lobules of the Meibom's gland showed compression atrophy and formed vacuoles and partly reaching to the surface of the conjunctiva and formed ulceration. The Krause's gland also was compressed and atrophic. There were two kinds of tumor cells.
