眼部打撲による脈絡膜剥離のデイアテルミーによる1治験例

Effect of scleral diathermy on the choroidal detachment caused by ocular contusion

I．まえがき

　脈絡膜剥離は，白内障及び緑内障手術の如き眼球の穿孔性創傷によつて比較的しばしば起ることは周知の如くであるが，特発性又は非穿孔性外傷によるものは極めて少い。しかも欧米においては現在なお本症の病理発生問題が喧しく論議されているにも拘らず，わが国においては特発性のものについては河本，菅沼等の記載，山崎の報告があるのみで，非穿孔性外傷によるものの報告は未だに見当らず，手術後に生じた症例の記載を散見する程度に過ぎない。

　私共は，非穿孔性眼部打撲によつて生じた脈絡膜剥離の1例に，前後3回にわたるデイアテルミー手術をおこないこれを全治せしめた症例を経験したので，その大要を報告する。

Choroidal detachment with localized retinal detachment of the left eye caused by contu-sion with a handle of plow was observed in 46 years old female farmer.

Visual acuity and ocular tension were slightly decreased, but no change was observed in the anterior chamber. As the detachment showed a tendency to be worse, diathermy was performed 3 times one month later, and the detachment was perfectly cured.
